Everything is done digitally, from proofing to invoicing, cuts down on paper wastage. If any resources are used, they will be recycled. All printing quotes are quoted with options for recycled paper, and designs will include instructions to recycle the printable material after use. Quotes and charges are worked out at a percentage of actual hours worked. At a ratio of 45 minutes out of every hour worked, is billed. The reason for this is that a solid hour of work is rare, in any industry. Anybody that claims that they work constantly for all the billed time is not operating ethically. This policy is entwined with a scaled pricing plan. You pay only for the professional service you receive. In other words, if a job takes three hours of research, and only two hours of actual design, then ethically, there has to be two separate prices. One for the research and one for the design. There is also an offer of fixed costing at Quotation stage, this option is for those that worry about mounting hourly costs, and can provide a substantial discount for larger jobs.
